Mr. McGILLIGAN: Information on Patrick McGilligan  Zoom on Patrick McGilligan  As I intimated already, I would like to have the Report Stage taken this day week, and I may move for the suspension of Standing Orders in order to take the Fifth Stage this day week. If there was much debate on the new section, such as would necessitate a further alteration of the amendment, I would not proceed with the Fifth Stage. The Seanad have to get this Bill, and it has nothing like the time the Dáil has had for its consideration. It will be necessary to give them as much time as possible.

Mr. JOHNSON: Information on Thomas Johnson  Zoom on Thomas Johnson  I take it the Minister would be agreeable that the amended Section 13 will be discussed in Committee?
