That a Return be presented to the Dáil showing:—
(1) the number of estates coming under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923;
(2) the number of tenants coming within the provisions of the Act;
(3) the amount of arrears due at the passing of the Act;
(4) the number of cases in which two or more years' arrears were due at the passing of the Act, with the total amount due in these cases;
(5) the number of cases in which one and a half year's arrears were due, with the total amount due in these cases at the passing of the Act;
(6) the number of cases in which one year's arrears were due, with the total amount due in these cases at the passing of the Act;
(7) the amount of compounded arrears due at the present date; and
(8) the number of cases where the “appointed day” has been fixed.
