DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA:  asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission have acquired, or propose to acquire, the lands owned by Captain Hackett, Riverstown, Birr.

Mr. HOGAN:  The Land Commission are making inquiries as to the suitability of the lands referred to for acquisition under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923.
