MINISTER for FINANCE (Mr. Blythe):
I move for leave to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to charge and impose certain duties of customs and to make further provisions in connection with Finance. This is a Bill which will ratify the new duties in respect of margarine and rosary beads.
Leave granted. Second Stage ordered for Wednesday, 16th November.
