Mr. Dillon: Information on James Matthew Dillon  Zoom on James Matthew Dillon  Might I ask the Minister with reference to the amendment which has just been disposed of, in which it was proposed to provide that the Minister should not have power to interfere with certain hospitals, whether the Hospitals' Committee will have any power to interfere with these hospitals?

Dr. Ward: Information on Dr. Francis Constantine Ward  Zoom on Dr. Francis Constantine Ward  An amendment to Section 14 covering that has already been accepted, prohibiting the Hospitals' Commission from visiting an institution, making any inquiries or interfering [200] in any way with a hospital that is not participating.
