Mr. Hickey (for Mr. Hurley):
asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the cause of the delay in the opening of the cottage hospital at Midleton, County Cork; also, if he is in a position to state when this hospital will be available for the reception of patients.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health (Dr. Ward):
I cannot see why the hospital is not being opened. There is no good reason in my opinion for the delay.
