Risteárd Ua Maolchatha: Information on Richard James Mulcahy  Zoom on Richard James Mulcahy  asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in respect of the year ended March, 1939, the amount and the effective rate of income-tax in the case of married couples entitled to an allowance for three children, where the income is all earned income, and amounts to £450, £500, £600, £700, £800, £900, £1,000, £1,250, £1,500, £2,000 per annum.
