Mr. Dillon: Information on James Matthew Dillon  Zoom on James Matthew Dillon  asked the Minister for Justice if he will state in respect of the years 1936, 1937 and 1938 (1) how many persons have been prosecuted for manslaughter consequent on motor accidents in Éire; (2) how many of these have been acquitted; and (3) how many of these have been sentenced to terms of imprisonment.
