Mr. Keyes: Information on Michael J. Keyes  Zoom on Michael J. Keyes  asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to take steps to acquire the Martin lands, Ballinvana, County Limerick, for division among local uneconomic holders and landless men.

Mr. Moylan: Information on Seán Moylan  Zoom on Seán Moylan  The Land Commission have no proceedings pending for the acquisition of the Martin lands at Ballinvana, County Limerick, and owing to the emergency conditions they are not prepared to take any action at present regarding their acquisition.

Mr. Keyes: Information on Michael J. Keyes  Zoom on Michael J. Keyes  asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to take steps to acquire the Bennett lands, Ballinvana, County Limerick, for division among local uneconomic holders and landless men.

Mr. Moylan: Information on Seán Moylan  Zoom on Seán Moylan  The Land Commission have no proceedings pending for the acquisition of the lands of Ballinvana on the Bennett estate and owing to the emergency conditions they are not prepared to take any action at present regarding their acquisition.

Mr. Keyes: Information on Michael J. Keyes  Zoom on Michael J. Keyes  asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission propose to take steps to acquire the Hogan lands, Ballinahinch, County Limerick, for division among the uneconomic holders and landless men in the area.

Mr. Moylan: Information on Seán Moylan  Zoom on Seán Moylan  The Land Commission do not propose to acquire the lands of Ballynahinch in the occupation of Mr. J.P. Hogan, as his objection to acquisition of the lands was heard by the Land Commission and allowed.
