Did the Minister agree with that?
That is not a correct statement of the case.
It is not a correct statement. Several months were spent in preparing with a view to getting a short wave length.
No other country has come to any agreement.
There are preliminary agreements between certain parties.
If the Minister would make inquiries——
If you had not the plans, you would not get a wave length, ever.
And you got the plant. The agreement was attempted.
It distorts the whole thing.
