Mr. Rooney:
asked the Minister for Lands if he will state the reason for delay by the Land Commission in completing the provision of a water supply for a tenant on the Kennedy estate (Rec. No. S.7609—A.& R. 35678/49/F.13), and if he will indicate the date on which steps will be taken to complete the work.
Mr. Derrig:
The delay in completing this deep well has been occasioned by difficulty in obtaining suitable labour. Inquiries are being pursued and the work will be resumed as soon as suitable labour can be procured.
