Mr. N. Lemass:
asked the Minister for Finance how much will be spent on social and ancillary services during the present year.
Minister for Finance (Dr. Ryan):
Expenditure from the Exchequer on social and ancillary services (including education) in the present financial year is estimated at £78,000,000, to which should be added roughly £3,000,000 for administration.
