Mr. Sweetman:
asked the Minister [460] for Justice if he will state what Orders have been made under the Arbitration Act, 1954, bringing Part V of that Act into operation, the date of each order, and the territory affected by each such Order.
Minister for Justice (Mr. Traynor):
Part V of the Act has not yet been brought into operation. The requisite Order and an Order under Section 54 of the Act are being drafted at present.
