Mr. Spring: Information on Daniel Spring  Zoom on Daniel Spring  asked the Minister for Local Government if his Department received a proposal from the Kerry County Council for the raising of a loan of £5,000 to defray the balance of expenditure on the provision of limited water supplies and of pumps in 20 localities in the Kerry Gaeltacht; and, if so, if the proposal has received the necessary sanction.
