It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 3, 4, 5 (Votes 53 and 54), 7, 8 and 9. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m.

May I seek your permission, Sir, to raise the subject matter of Question No. 32 on the Order Paper of the 16th February, 1961, with the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs?

I shall communicate with the Deputy.
Mr. Corish:
Can the Taoiseach say when the Book of Estimates will be published?
The Taoiseach:
In about a week's time.
Mr. Corish:
Would the Minister for Health be able to say if it is intended to take the Committee Stage of the Mental Treatment Bill next week?
Minister for Health (Mr. MacEntee):
That depends on the progress made with some of the other Bills on the Order Paper. I would hope to.
