Minister for Health (Mr. MacEntee): Information on Seán MacEntee  Zoom on Seán MacEntee  I wonder would the House vary the Order of Business to take Supplementary Estimates before the Mental Treatment Bill?

Mr. Sweetman: Information on Gerard Sweetman  Zoom on Gerard Sweetman  Let us have a look at it. We have to take the Central Bank Bill first, anyway. The Minister wants to order No. 13 before No. 12—is that it?

Mr. MacEntee: Information on Seán MacEntee  Zoom on Seán MacEntee  Yes.

Minister for Finance (Dr. Ryan): Information on James Ryan  Zoom on James Ryan  Excluding the Vote for the Department of Agriculture.

Mr. Sweetman: Information on Gerard Sweetman  Zoom on Gerard Sweetman  Does the Minister for Finance want to get the Supplementary Estimates and the Central Bank Bill? Is that the idea?

Dr. Ryan: Information on James Ryan  Zoom on James Ryan  If possible, but it does not really matter.

Mr. Sweetman: Information on Gerard Sweetman  Zoom on Gerard Sweetman  There is a way to avoid it. Is this change asked for by the Minister for Health or the Minister for Finance?

Dr. Ryan: Information on James Ryan  Zoom on James Ryan  The Minister for Health. He has to deal with a Committee Stage next.

Mr. Corish: Information on Brendan Corish  Zoom on Brendan Corish  What break does the Minister anticipate? We have made arrangements on the assumption that the Order of Business would go through as planned.

Mr. MacEntee: Information on Seán MacEntee  Zoom on Seán MacEntee  It does not matter.

Mr. Corish: Information on Brendan Corish  Zoom on Brendan Corish  The Minister knows it may take a couple of hours—one hour, [64] anyway—to deal with the Mental Treatment Bill.

Mr. MacEntee: Information on Seán MacEntee  Zoom on Seán MacEntee  It will take one hour, anyway. We will go on.

Mr. Sweetman: Information on Gerard Sweetman  Zoom on Gerard Sweetman  The Central Bank Bill will take only a moment.

Mr. Corish: Information on Brendan Corish  Zoom on Brendan Corish  Would it suit the House to take the Mental Treatment Bill at 8 o'clock or 9 o'clock?

Mr. Sweetman: Information on Gerard Sweetman  Zoom on Gerard Sweetman  If the Minister for Finance would give me time to telephone a colleague, I shall be able to answer the question. We have business arranged on the basis that the Mental Treatment Bill would be dealt with first, but if the Minister wants to change it, we will agree.
