Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1927 to 1962.
—(Deputy S. Dunne.)The Taoiseach:
I am all in favour of culture, like the Deputy.
Mr. S. Dunne:
It is about time you got a little of it.
Mr. Dillon:
Might I ask how culture comes into an Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill?
An Ceann Comhairle:
No. When will the Second Stage be taken?
The Taoiseach:
It goes into Private Members' Time.
Mr. S. Dunne:
We want to keep the houses standing for the people who need them.
The Tánaiste:
That will not wash in Ballyfermot.
Mr. S. Dunne:
The Tánaiste was never there; he does not know where it is.
