Sir Anthony Esmonde:
asked the Minister for Agriculture if it is his intention to encourage horticultural production by more generous grants for glasshouses.
Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Lalor):
The glasshouse industry is at present under examination by a survey team and policy in regard to the industry will be considered in the light of its report.
Sir Anthony Esmonde:
Could the Parliamentary Secretary give any indication as to when that report will be published?
Mr. Lalor:
It is expected that the survey team's report will be available before the end of the year.
Mr. T. Lynch:
I heard that before. That is the Kathleen Mavourneen system.
