asked the Taoiseach the estimated cost of the printing and distribution of annual and interim reports of activities and financial returns of his Department and of State and semi-State bodies under the aegis of his Department in respect of the latest available year in each case.

In regard to the annual report and accounts of An [1084] Chomhairle Ealaíon for the year ended the 31st March, 1968, being the only document of its kind with which I was concerned, the cost of printing and distribution was £223 9s 4d.

asked the Minister for Finance the estimated cost of the printing and distribution of annual and interim reports of activities and financial returns of his Department and of State and semi-State bodies under the aegis of his Department including costs of printing and distribution of Expansion Programmes in respect of the latest available year in each case.

asked the Minister for Transport and Power the estimated cost of the printing and distribution of annual and interim reports of activities and financial returns of his Department and of State and semi-State bodies under the aegis of his Department in respect of the latest available year in each case.

There are no annual or interim reports on the activities and financial returns of my Department.
The following is the information about the cost of printing and distribution of reports of State companies for which my Department is responsible for the latest available year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the estimated cost of the printing and distribution of annual and interim reports of activities and financial returns of his Department and of State and semi-State bodies under the aegis of his [1086] Department in respect of the latest available year in each case.

The only reports, with which I am concerned, of the kind in question are the commercial accounts of my Department and the annual report and statement of accounts of Radio Telefís Éireann. The latest issue of the former cost about £200 to print and distribute, and of the latter £1,050.

Up to the present the annual and interim reports on activities of An Foras have been produced in stencil form at an estimated cost of £25 per annum, including distribution.
The Agency's annual financial statement is issued in stencil form and the cost of producing the financial statement for 1966-67, including distribution, was £10.

As far as the Department of Lands is concerned the relevant amount in respect of the type of publications referred to in the question for the year 1966/67 is estimated at £1,930.
