Mr. Tierney: Information on Patrick Tierney  Zoom on Patrick Tierney  asked the Taoiseach if he will give details of the total quantity and value of animal feeding stuffs imported into this country in each of the last five years.

The Taoiseach: Information on John Lynch  Zoom on John Lynch  With your permission, Sir, I propose to circulate in the [1056] Official Report a statement showing the required information in so far as it is available. The statement shows the total imports of the categories of unmilled cereal of which all or some is used for animal feed but it is not possible to distinguish between the amounts imported for animal feed and the imports for other use.
