Flanagan  asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries what appointments have been made by him to State and semi-State boards and concerns under the aegis of his Department since 1st July 1969; the names of those appointed; the boards to which they have been appointed; and the rate of remuneration per year attached to each appointment.
