Dr. Browne:
Do the public have access to the balance sheets?
Dr. Browne:
It is all very well to look at the constitution but if they are not honouring their constitution and are using it for a nefarious purpose how is one to verify that unless one sees the balance sheet?

I get an audited account.

It is covered in section 6.
Sections 6 to 11, inclusive, agreed to.
