Mr. Harte: Information on Patrick D. Harte  Zoom on Patrick D. Harte  asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the number of occasions on which directives have been given to RTE since 1962 either by the Government acting collectively or by individual Ministers in the form of (a) a written communication and (b) a telephone communication.
