Mr. Dunne: asked the Minister for Local Government if he will expedite sanction of the plans for a new sewerage scheme at Littleton as submitted by Tipperary North Riding County Council.
Minister for Local Government (Mr. Molloy):
Contract documents for this scheme are under consideration in my Department. I cannot say at this stage when a decision thereon will issue to the local authority.
Mr. Dunne: asked the Minister for Local Government if he will outline the up-to-date position of the proposed Ballinree and Boherlahan group water schemes, County Tipperary.
[37]Minister for Local Government (Mr. Molloy):
It is understood that the promoter of the Ballinree/Tubberadora group water scheme is completing survey sheets and plotting the location of the houses on a map. When these documents are returned to the Department the inspector will investigate the proposal.
In the Boherlahan/Cashel group water scheme 37 grants were allocated, all of which have been paid. More householders may wish to connect to the scheme and the Department's inspector is investigating this aspect.
