That is a matter for the Minister for Health rather than for the Office of Public Works.
It would seem to be a matter for the Department of Foreign Affairs in the first instance.
That will be a matter for the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries.
I think that point would be more relevant to the Estimate for the Department of Justice.
