Mr. Colley: Information on George Colley  Zoom on George Colley  The arrangements for the payment of civil servants is one of the matters which is appropriate for discussion under the scheme of conciliation and arbitration for the Civil Service, and any proposals, made by staff associations recognised under the scheme, for changes in the existing arrangements will be carefully considered.
