Dr. O'Connell: Information on John F. O'Connell  Zoom on John F. O'Connell  asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will make a statement regarding the repeated late delivery of morning mail from James's St. Post Office, Dublin; and if he will have this matter examined.

Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Mr. G. Collins): Information on Gerard Collins  Zoom on Gerard Collins  The morning delivery from James's Street Post Office is scheduled to commence at 7.00 a.m. and to be completed by 9.30 a.m. Except on infrequent occasions when there is an abnormally high incidence of sick absence at short notice, delivery is effected within the normal time span.
