Minister for Education (Mr. R. Burke): Information on Richard Burke  Zoom on Richard Burke  I move:

That a supplementary sum not exceeding £1,958,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1973, for secondary education.

Mr. Haughey: Information on Charles J. Haughey  Zoom on Charles J. Haughey  I should like to make one very modest request on Vote 29— subhead K. Would the Minister when preparing the Book of Estimates next year please substitute some other phrase for that of “necessitious pupils”? It is time we got away from that sort of Victorian phraseology.

Mr. R. Burke:  I shall have a look at the point made by the Deputy.
