Could the Minister give us a list of the organisations that are covered by this?
I have in mind the National Institute of Higher Education in Limerick which I think would be an appropriate body to benefit.
Would the Minister not agree that the necessity for extending the provisions in 12 months time or so, could be overcome by his inserting some such phrase as “Irish third level educational institutions...

Is the section so wide that it will create difficulties for a genuine friendly society? One of the phrases that strikes me in the whole new section is that it has not “engaged in trading activity”. ...
