Minister for Education (Mr. R. Burke): Information on Richard Burke  Zoom on Richard Burke  I move:

That it is expedient to authorise [1009] such charges on and payments out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to enable additional payments not exceeding a specified total amount to be made on behalf of the Government to the International Development Association.
