I asked what is happening to it and I think I am entitled to the information.
Not me but the House and the country.
I am not worrying about the operation of it so much. I am wondering what is happening to the £5 million that has been collected and has not been spent.
There has been a lot of research done outside the Department over the years and there is quite a large volume of literature on the subject. I am sure it is available to the Parliamentary Secretary as...
I have noted every one of them.
Which proves my point that the research has already been done to a great degree, not specifically but generally.
