Amendments Nos. 1 and 4 are cognate and can be discussed together.
Amendment No. 4 has been discussed already.
Recommittal is necessary in respect of amendment No. 5.
It is because it involves a charge on Revenue.

Amendments Nos. 9 and 11 are cognate and may be discussed together.
The Chair hoped that the Deputy had replied to that.
The Deputy is aware that we cannot stray from the amendment.
