Vote 9: Public Works and Buildings (Resumed).
How long have they been complaining?
When the Deputy's present leader was in the Office of Public Works something was done, but nothing was done since until we went in and we are doing something about it now.
Leave it to people who know something about it.
I will not listen to nonsense.
I am going to stay here. I do not run away from anything.
With all due respect, I am not going to listen to nonsense.
I want to keep him on the line.
Let him talk the truth and then I will listen to him.
And I pushed his predecessor, who was a Fianna Fáil Parliamentary Secretary. I have been pushing for William Street for years, since I came in here, and now it has come to fruition.
The ball is already in the net. The goal is scored.
Nobody else. It was no one on the Fianna Fáil benches.
Every priest should stick to his own parish. Let the Deputy take my advice and keep out of Limerick affairs.
The Deputy is bogged down, and when you are bogged down you should pull out of the bog as lightly as possible. Let the Deputy talk sense and I will listen to him.
