Mr. Crinion:
asked the Minister for Finance when the Office of Public Works will carry out drainage work at Boyerstown, Navan, County Meath, which was delayed for three years because a local farmer (name supplied) would not allow access through his land; and if they will invoke the necessary powers to complete this work which is holding up drainage operations for a number of small farmers.
Minister for Finance (Mr. R. Ryan):
Works will be carried out here as soon as possible, if necessary with statutory powers.
