 Agriculture the proposals, if any, by the Land Commission to acquire an estate (details supplied) in County Mayo; if he is aware that this estate has recently been purchased by a private individual and the name of the present registered owner.
Mr. Hussey: The Land Commission have no proposals to acquire the estate referred to. The property was inspected in September 1978, following which it was decided not to institute proceedings for acquisition.
Mr. O'Toole: Did the people in question complete negotiations with the Land Commission in respect of other land they had prior to the acquisition of this estate? Those people had difficulties with the Land Commission prior to the acquisition of the estate. They had difficulties in the case of at least one other estate.
