Mr. Kelly: Information on John M. Kelly  Zoom on John M. Kelly  On the Order of Business, Deputy Bruton and Deputy Barry asked on 20 February 1980 when the science budget for 1980 would be presented to [728] the Dáil and were told that it would be presented before the Summer Recess. Will the Taoiseach say whether the Government are willing to concede in principle that that science budget if presented before the Summer Recess might also be debated here before the recess? Are the Government willing to make Government time available for such a debate?
