Mr. Crowley: Information on Frank Crowley  Zoom on Frank Crowley  asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will be offered a position as a telephonist as she has been on the panel for many months.

Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Mr. Wilson): Information on John P. Wilson  Zoom on John P. Wilson  Successful candidates from the competition concerned will be offered appointment in order of merit as and when vacancies arise; regrettably it is not possible at this stage to say if or when the named person will be offered appointment.
