That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 105 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1982 [Seanad] which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 4th November, 1982, be restored to the Order Paper.
