Mr. De Rossa: Information on Prionsias De Rossa  Zoom on Prionsias De Rossa  asked the Minister for the Environment when the Fair Rents Tribunal, which was promised as part of the joint Fine Gael-Labour Programme for Government, will be established.

Mr. Quinn: Information on Ruairí Quinn  Zoom on Ruairí Quinn  Proposals for legislation to establish a fair rents tribunal are currently under examination and this examination will be completed as quickly as possible.

Mr. Quinn: Information on Ruairí Quinn  Zoom on Ruairí Quinn  I hope we will have the legislation completed by the end of this session.
