Mr. Aylward: Information on Liam Aylward  Zoom on Liam Aylward  asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to have a grant for farm buildings under the farm modernisation scheme paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as it has been owed for some time and as the required farm accounts have been lodged since December.
