Mr. D. Andrews:
asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware that a business (details supplied) in County Dublin may well be closed because of the presence of a number of clay mounds placed there by Dublin County Council; and the action, if any, it is intended to take to have them removed urgently.
Mr. Kavanagh:
I understand that earth mounds have been provided by Dublin County Council in the area in question to deflect the noise of traffic using the Cabinteely by-pass away from houses to [1366] satisfy local residents and to improve the aesthetics of the scheme.
