Minister for Finance (Mr. J. Bruton):
It is proposed to take No. 23. By agreement, the proceedings on Vote 30 shall be brought to a conclusion not later than 4 p.m. today, and the Minister for the Environment shall be called on to conclude not later than 3.45 p.m. Also by agreement, if a division is challenged on the Estimate the taking of such a division shall be postponed until 8.30 p.m. next Wednesday, 14 May 1986.

Are the arrangements for today's business agreed?
Mr. Haughey:
We agree to the arrangements in a spirit of co-operation with the Government, to help them to get through the business.
Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. Barrett,:
Dún Laoghaire): Is this a record? The Deputy has been saying it every morning.
Mr. Haughey:
We are prepared to agree to the arrangements in order to help the Government to get through the financial business of the House.
Mr. Lyons:
I wish to raise the serious [424] position that exists because of the closure of the Wicklow factory of Veha——

The Deputy cannot raise it in this manner.
Mr. Lyons:
I ask the Minister for Labour to use his good office in this matter because it will put 240 people out of work.
Mr. R. Burke:
We wish the Minister for Health good luck with his new running mate in Dún Laoghaire.
