Proinsias De Rossa: Information on Prionsias De Rossa  Zoom on Prionsias De Rossa  asked the Minister for the Environment who will assume responsibility for the superannuation scheme in An Foras Forbartha if it is abolished; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): Information on Pádraig Flynn  Zoom on Pádraig Flynn  It is the intention that responsibility for the superannuation scheme of An Foras Forbartha Teoranta will be assumed by my Department and any consequential revision of the existing administrative arrangements in this regard will be made following consultation with the Department of Finance.
