Bill entitled an Act to make provision with respect to the acceptance [631] by the State of the Convention providing for the establishment and operation of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency and to provide for matters, including payments, related to the matters aforesaid.

I move: “That Second Stage be ordered for Wednesday, 2 November 1988”, subject to agreement between the Whips.
