Minister for Justice
if he will indicate the latest crime figures for Dún Laoghaire Garda Station area, County Dublin; and the corresponding figures for (i) 1989 (ii) 1988 and (iii) 1987.

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the latest available provisional figures for indictable crime recorded for the Dún Laoghaire sub-district are for the period 1 January to 31 March 1990 and these, together with the figures for the corresponding periods in 1987, 1988 and 1989 are as follows:—

I am informed by the Garda authoritises that the latest available provisional figures [444] recorded for the indictable offences of robbery and assault in the DMA Garda divisions are for the period 1 January to 31 March 1990 and these, together with the figures for the corresponding periods in 1987, 1988 and 1989 are as follows:
