  19.  Mr. Barry  Information on Peter Barry  Zoom on Peter Barry   asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs  Information on Gerard Collins  Zoom on Gerard Collins   whether officials in the diplomatic service were instructed to make representations to overseas banks with a view to getting them to refrain from taking legal proceedings for the recovery of debt from the Goodman Group of companies.
