  161.  Mr. Durkan  Information on Bernard Durkan  Zoom on Bernard Durkan   asked the Minister for the Environment  Information on Pádraig Flynn  Zoom on Pádraig Flynn   when he will provide the necessary finance to allow Kildare County Council to proceed with the replacement of Bond Bridge, Maynooth, County Kildare, if his attention has been drawn to the urgent necessity for the replacement of this bridge; if this project will commence in 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
