The final instalment of the 1990 ewe premium which will be established in March/April by the EC will be offset against annuity arrears owed to the Land Commission by the person named.

the reason an installation aid grant has not yet been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; the date the application was made; and if this person complies with all the conditions.

The application in this case was received in March 1990. However, all the necessary documentation was not lodged by the applicant until 1 February 1991. It is hoped to have the case determined shortly.

The 1990 sheep headage grant due to the person named will be paid within the next two weeks. He will be paid the final instalment of the 1990 ewe premium in March/April when the exact amount of the total 1990 premium is established by the EC.

The grant has now been paid. The work in this case was certified by the local office in December last.

His 1990 suckler cow premium scheme application is being processed for payment at present and will be paid shortly.
He has been requested to forward cattle identity cards in connection with his application under the 1990 special beef premium scheme and when he does so any grants due to him under that scheme will be paid as soon as possible.

Payments to this applicant under the 1990 cattle and equines headage and suckler cow premium schemes have been processed for payment and will issue shortly.
Those applications were passed for payment by the local office of my Department on 14 November 1990.
The person named has been requested to forward cattle identity cards in connection with his application under the 1990 special beef premium scheme and when he does so any grants due to him under that scheme will be paid as soon as possible.
