Minister for Agriculture and Food
if he will give a breakdown of the amount of money his Department intends to spend on consultancy services in 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. O'Kennedy):
The major expenditure foreseen under this heading in 1991 is the formulation of an information technology plan for my Department.
