  90.  Mr. Barry  Information on Peter Barry  Zoom on Peter Barry   asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce  Information on Desmond J. O'Malley  Zoom on Desmond J. O'Malley   if his attention has been drawn to the fact that many of the shareholders in the PMPS believe that, due to the inaction of the Government, many of their investments were put at risk and consequently lost, (2) a judge recently awarded them 62 per cent of their claim and (3) these shareholders now believe that the Government, because of their inaction, should give them the balancing 38 per cent; and the action he proposes to take on the matter.

I have nothing further to add to these statements.
